Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um (met)acrilato de alquila em c4-c10 por esterificação direta de ácido (met) acrílico pelo álcool correspondente, a água de reação sendo eliminada sob a forma de um azeotropo com o álcool esterificante, a partir de uma coluna de destilação que se sobrepõe ao reator de esterificação, compreendendo uma resina catiônica como catalisador. esse processo é caracterizado pelo fato de a relação molar álcool / ácido na entrada do reator estar compreendida entre 1,4 e 3, e pelo fato de a mistura bruta reacional circular em um circuito de recirculação que associa o reator e a coluna de eliminação da água a uma taxa de recirculação que vai de 6 a 25, expressa pela relação mássica entre o fluxo enviado no circuito e o fluxo enviado para um tratamento de purificação.
