Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الراهن بعملية لتحضير مثاكريلات المثيل methyl methacrylate عن طريق الأسترة التأكسدية oxidative esterification المباشرة للميثاكرولئين methacrolein. ويستخدم مثاكريلات المثيل methyl methacrylate بمقادير كبيرة لتحضير بوليمرات وبوليمرات اسهامية باستخدام مركبات قابلة للبلمرة أخرى. وبالإضافة لذلك، يعتبر مثاكريلات المثيل methyl methacrylate وحدة تصنيع synthesis unit هامة لمجموعة متنوعة من الإسترات esters ذات النوعية الخاصة على أساس حمض المثاكريليك methacrylic acid (MAA) الذي يمكن تحضيره عن طريق الأسترة الانتقالية transesterification باستخدام الكحول alcohol الملائم. ونتيجةً لذلك، يوجد هناك اهتمام كبير بالعمليات التي تكون بسيطة للغاية، اقتصادية وغير مؤذية للبيئة لاستخدامها في تحضير هذه المادة الأولية. وبشكل محدد، يتعلق الاختراع الراهن بمعالجة مستمثلة optimized workup لتيار الصبيب المنصرف الخاص بالمفاعل الخارج من الأسترة التأكسدية للميثاكرولئين methacrolein حيث يمكن بواسطتها تقليل التيارات المهدورة من العملية إلى أدنى حد ويمكن إعادة تدوير الماء المستخدم في العملية بنمط أمثل. ويستع
