Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "processo para produção de produto de degradação de lignina". a presente invenção refere-se a [1] um processo para produção de um produto de degradação de lignina, incluindo as seguintes etapas (1) a (3), e [2] um produto de degradação de lignina produzido pelo processo como descrito em [1] acima: etapa (1): submeter um material bruto de lignocelulose a tratamento de sacarificação enzimática para obter um resíduo de sacarificação; etapa (2): submeter o resíduo de sacarificação obtido na etapa (1) a tratamento térmico em um solvente misto contendo água e um solvente orgânico tendo uma solubilidade em água a 20°c de não menos que 90 g/l para obter uma solução de tratamento térmico contendo o produto de degradação de lignina; e etapa (3): submeter a solução de tratamento térmico obtida na etapa (2) a separação de sólido - líquido para remover componentes insolúveis da solução de tratamento térmico, pelo que obtendo o produto de degradação de lignina. a presente invenção provê um processo para produção de um novo produto de degradação de lignina tendo um baixo grau de desnaturação, uma alta solubilidade em solventes e uma alta versatilidade com um alto rendimento.
