aço de mancal. é apresentado um aço de mancal capaz de exibir excelente usinabilidade a frio na usinagem a frio que segue o recozimento com revenimento e também capaz de garantir excelente de mancal ou semelhantes. o aço de mancal contém c: 0,9 a 1,10%, si: 0,05 a 0,49%, mn: 0,1 a 1,0%, p: não mais do que 0,5% (excluindo 0%), s: não mais do que 0,05% (excluindo 0%), cr:0,03 a 0,40%, al: não mais do que 0,05% (excluindo 0%), n:0,002 a 0,025%, ti: não mais do que 0,0030% (excluindo 0%) e o: não mais do que 0,0025% (excluindo 0%) com o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis. a relação de aspectos média da cementita não é maior do que 2,00, o diâmetro de círculo equivalente médio de cementira é 0,35 a 0,6 <109>m e a densidade numérica da cementita tendo um diâmetro de círculo equivalente não menor do que 0,13 <109>m não é menor do que 0,45/<109>m ^2^.
