Abstract
Un tubo de acero para tubería de inyección de combustible que tiene una composición química que consiste, en porcentaje en masa, en: C: de 0.12 a 0.27%, Si: de 0.05 a 0.40%, Mn: de 0.3 a 2.0%, Al: de 0.005 a 0.060%, N: de 0.0020 a 0.0080%, Ti: de 0.005 a 0.015%, Nb: de 0.015 a 0.045%, Cr: de 0 a 1.0%, Mo: de 0 a 1.0%, Cu: de 0 a 0.5%, Ni: de 0 a 0.5%, V: de 0 a 0.15% y B: de 0 a 0.005%, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas, y el contenido de Ca, P, S, y O en las impurezas siendo: Ca: 0.001% o menos, P: 0.02% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos y 0: 0.0040% o menos, y que tiene una microestructura de metal que consiste en una estructura martensítica templada, o en una estructura mixta de martensita templada y bainita templada, en la que un número de tamaño de grano antes de la austenita es 10.0 o más, en donde el tubo de acero tiene una resistencia a la tracción TS de 800 MPa o mayor, y una presión interna crítica es [0.3 x TS x a] o más, en donde a = [(D/d)2 - 1]/[0.776 x (D/d)2], D: diámetro exterior (mm) del tubo de acero y d: diámetro interior del tubo de acero de (mm).
