Abstract

adesivo de fusão apresentando grupos iônicos. a presente invenção refere-se a adesivos de fusão reticuláveis por radiação, contendo mais do que 30%, em relação ao adesivo de fusão, de pelo menos um polímero de poliuretan, que contém pelo menos um grupo reativo polimerizável por radiação, produzido através da reação a) de um pré-polímero de pu (a) reativo com dois ou três grupos nco por molécula bem como pelo menos um grupo carboxila ou um grupo amino terciário, produzido a partir de i) uma mistura de pelo menos um poliol di- ou trifuncional selecionado de poliéster polióis com um peso molecular entre 200 a 5000 g/mol juntamente com um componente diol, que adicionalmente ainda apresenta um grupo carboxila ou um grupo amino terciário reagido com ii) um excesso de pelo menos um tri-isocianato com um peso molecular abaixo de 500g/mol, b) 20 a 98%, em mol, de pelo menos um composto (b) de baixo peso molecular contendo uma dupla ligação polimerizável por radicais e um grupo que reage com um grupo nco e c) 0 a 50%, em mol, de pelo menos um composto (c), que apresenta pelo menos um grupo reativo contra grupos nco, mas nenhum grupo polimerizável em condições radicais, com um peso molecular de 32 a 5000 g/mol, e d) 2 a 50% em mol, de pelo menos um fotoiniciador radical (d), que apresenta um grupo oh primário ou secundário, em que os dados se referem aos grupos nco do pré-polímero de pu e a soma de b, c, d deve dar 100%, em mol, bem como opcionalmente, outros coadjuntes.
