Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a composições de polímero aquoso que compreendem, em forma dispersa, pelo menos um (met)acrilato de poliuretano a e pelo menos um composto b que tem um peso molecular abaixo de 1.000 g/mol e tem em média mais que duas ligações duplas etilenicamente insaturadas por molécula. a invenção também se refere ao uso das composições de polímero aquoso para produção de revestimentos. os (met)acrilatos de poliuretano a são construídos a partir de: a1 um componente de isocianato a1 que compreende: a1a pelo menos um poli-isocianato obtenível por oligomerização de pelo menos um di-isocianato e que tem uma funcionalidade de isocianato média de pelo menos 2,5, sendo que o di-isocianato tem pelo menos uma unidade estrutural alicíclica saturada; e a1b pelo menos um di-isocianato selecionado a partir de di-isocianatos alifáticos saturados e alicíclicos saturados; a2 como componente a2, pelo menos um composto que tem pelo menos uma ligação dupla etilenicamente insaturada na forma de um grupo acrílico ou metacrílico, e também tem pelo menos um grupo funcional f que reage com um grupo de isocianato para formar uma ligação covalente; a3 pelo menos um componente de poliol neutro a3 que compreende a3a pelo menos um poliol polimérico e alifático que tem uma funcionalidade de oh média na faixa de 1,5 a 2,5; a3b pelo menos um componente de diol de baixo peso molecular que tem um peso molecular abaixo de 400 g/mol e selecionado a partir de diois alifáticos saturados e alicíclicos saturados; a4 como componente a4, pelo menos um composto que tem pelo menos um grupo iônico ou ionizável i? e pelo menos um grupo funcional f? que reage com um grupo de isocianato para formar uma ligação covalente; e, opcionalmente, a5 como componente a5, pelo menos um composto de éter de c2-c3 polialquileno que tem uma funcionalidade de oh média na faixa a partir de 0,9 a 1,2.
