Claims (43)

1. Водная полимерная композиция, содержащая в диспергированной форме
А по меньшей мере один полиуретан(мет)акрилат, состоящий из следующих структурных компонентов:
А1 изоцианатный компонент А1, содержащий:
A1a по меньшей мере один полиизоцианат, получаемый олигомеризацией по меньшей мере одного диизоцианата и имеющий среднее число изоцианатных функциональных групп, равное по меньшей мере 2.5, причем диизоцианат имеет по меньшей мере одну насыщенную алициклическую структурную единицу; и
A1b по меньшей мере один диизоцианат, выбранный из насыщенных алифатических и насыщенных алициклических диизоцианатов;
А2 в качестве компонента А2, по меньшей мере одно соединение, которое имеет по меньшей мере одну этиленненасыщенную двойную связь в форме акриловой или метакриловой группы, а также имеет по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу F, которая реагирует с изоцианатной группой с образованием ковалентной связи;
A3 по меньшей мере один нейтральный полиольный компонент A3, содержащий
А3а по меньшей мере один алифатический, полимерный полиол, имеющий среднее число функциональных ОН групп в интервале от 1,5 до 2,5;
A3b по меньшей мере одно низкомолекулярное диольное соединение, имеющее молекулярную массу не более 400 г/моль и выбранное из насыщенных алифатических и насыщенных алициклических диолов;
А4 в качестве компонента А4, по меньшей мере одно соединение, которое имеет по меньшей мере одну ионную или ионизируемую группу I' и по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу F', которая реагирует с изоцианатной группой с образованием ковалентной связи;
и необязательно
А5 в качестве компонента А5, по меньшей мере одно поли-С23 алкилен простоэфирное соединение, имеющее среднее число функциональных ОН групп в интервале от 0.9 до 1.2;
и
В по меньшей мере одно соединение В, имеющее молекулярную массу ниже 1000 г/моль и имеющее по меньшей мере две этиленненасыщенные двойные связи на молекулу, причем этиленненасыщенная двойная связь присутствует в форме акриловых или метакриловых групп,
где соединение В имеет растворимость в воде не более 5 г/л, определенную в деионизированной воде при 25°С и 1 бар.
2. Композиция по п. 1, причем полиизоцианат A1a выбирают из изоциануратов диизоцианата, который имеет по меньшей мере одну насыщенную алициклическую структурную единицу, и более конкретно из изоциануратов изофорондиизоцианата, и причем диизоцианат A1b выбирают из насыщенных алициклических диизоцианатов и более конкретно из изофорондиизоцианата и бис(4-изоцианатоциклогексил)метана и их смесей.
3. Композиция по п. 1, причем полиизоцианат A1a составляет от 40 до 95 мас. %, из расчета на общую массу изоцианатного компонента А1.
4. Композиция по п. 1, причем общее количество полиизоцианата A1a и диизоцианата A1b составляет по меньшей мере 50 мас. %, из расчета на общую массу изоцианатного компонента А1.
5. Композиция по п. 1, причем изоцианатный компонент А1 дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один полиизоцианат А1с, имеющий среднее число изоцианатных функциональных групп, равное по меньшей мере 2,5, и получаемый олигомеризацией С28 алкилендиизоцианата, и более конкретно выбран из изоцианурата гексаметилендиизоцианата.
6. Композиция по п. 1, причем компонент А2 выбирают из гидрокси-С28 алкиловых сложных эфиров акриловой кислоты, гидрокси-С28 алкиловых сложных эфиров метакриловой кислоты, гидрокси-С28 алкиламидов акриловой кислоты, гидрокси-С2-C8 алкиламидов метакриловой кислоты, сложных диэфиров С3-C8 алкантриолов с акриловой кислотой, и сложных диэфиров С38 алкантриолов с метакриловой кислотой, и причем компонент А2 более конкретно выбирают из гидрокси-С24 алкиловых сложных эфиров акриловой кислоты.
7. Композиция по п. 1, причем компонент А3а выбирают из алифатических сложных полиэфиров, более конкретно из алифатических сложных полиэфиров по меньшей мере одной С312 алкандикарбоновой кислоты и по меньшей мере одного С310 алкандиола.
8. Композиция по п. 1, причем компонент A3b содержит по меньшей мере один диол с по меньшей мере одной насыщенной алициклической структурой, и более конкретно содержит 1,4-бис(гидроксиметил)циклогексан.
9. Композиция по п. 1, причем ионная или ионизируемая группа I' представляет собой кислотную группу в форме кислоты или соли, и причем компонент А4 более конкретно выбирают из алифатических дигидроксикарбоновых кисло и их солей.
10. Композиция по п. 1, причем компонент А5 выбирают из С14 алкилполиэтиленгликолей.
11. Композиция согласно любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем соединение В имеет по меньшей мере один из следующих признаков:
- соединение В имеет в среднем по меньшей мере 2,8 этиленненасыщенных двойных связей в молекуле;
- соединение В не имеет функциональных групп, которые способны реагировать с изоцианатными группами с образованием ковалентных связей.
12. Композиция по п. 1, причем соединение В имеет растворимость в воде не более 1 г/л, определенную при 25°С и 1 бар.
13. Композиция по п. 1, причем соединение В выбирают из диакрилатов С210 алкандиолов, триакрилатов С310 алкантриолов и тетраакрилатов С410 алкантетраолов.
14. Композиция по п. 1, причем соединение В и полиуретан(мет)акрилат присутствуют в форме капель или частиц, которые преимущественно содержат как соединение В, так и полиуретан(мет)акрилат.
15. Композиция по п. 1, содержащая соединение В в количестве от 5 до 50 мас. %, из расчета на общую массу соединения В и полиуретан(мет)акрилата.
16. Композиция по п. 1, имеющая общее количество этиленненасыщенных двойных связей в форме акрилатных или метакрилатных групп в интервале от 1 до 6 моль на кг, из расчета на общую массу соединения В и полиуретан(мет)акрилата.
17. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-16, содержащая менее 0.1 мас. % эмульгаторов, из расчета на общую массу соединения В и полиуретан(мет)акрилата.
18. Полиуретан(мет)акрилат, состоящий из структурных компонентов A1, А2, A3, А4 и необязательно А5, как определено в любом из пп. 1-10.
19. Способ получения композиции согласно любому из пп. 1-17, включающий
a. реакцию изоцианатного компонента А1 с компонентами А2, A3, А4 и необязательно А5 в апротонном органическом растворителе с получением раствора полиуретан(мет)акрилата в апротонном органическом растворителе;
b. эмульгирование раствора, содержащего полиуретан(мет)акрилат, в воде и удаление апротонного органического растворителя с получением водной дисперсии полиуретан(мет)акрилата;
c. добавление соединения В в водную дисперсию полиуретан(мет)акрилата; или
а'. реакцию изоцианатного компонента А1 с компонентами А2, A3, А4 и необязательно А5 в апротонном органическом растворителе с получением раствора полиуретан(мет)акрилата в апротонном органическом растворителе;
b′. добавление по меньшей мере одного соединения В в раствор полиуретан(мет)акрилата в апротонном органическом растворителе;
с'. эмульгирование раствора, содержащего полиуретан(мет)акрилат и соединение В, в воде и удаление апротонного органического растворителя.
20. Водная покрывающая композиция, содержащая по меньшей мере одну водную композицию по любому из пп. 1-17 и по меньшей мере один фотоинициатор.
21. Применение водной композиции по любому из пп. 1-12 или покрывающей композиции по п. 20 для покрытия поверхностей.
