Abstract
pino de esfera, e, método para produzir um pino de esfera. a invenção diz respeito a uma parte (10) soldada de uma maneira rotacionalmente simétrica e compreendendo duas partes (12,14), que são conectadas por uma solda rotacionalmente simétrica (16), em que uma área de carregamento principal (22) ocorre nas proximidades da solda (16), e somente a solda (16) e os seus entornos (22) são reforçados por endurecimento superficial na fibra externa de uma maneira tal que o endurecimento superficial esteja presente aí, e um método para produzir uma parte (10) soldada de uma maneira rotacionalmente simétrica e compreendendo suas partes (12,14), realizando uma solda rotacionalmente simétrica (16) entre duas partes (12,14), em que, depois que as partes (12,14) são soldadas, a solda (16) e os seus entornos (22) sofrem endurecimento superficial e a zona endurecida (16,22) é temperada imediatamente em seguida.
