Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE FLUORO-RESINA". Proporcionam-se composições de resina adequada para moldar partes deslizantes que são dotadas de lubricidade e a propriedade de resistência ao calor e exibem ainda excelente resistência à fricção e desgaste e resistência ao deslizamento por compressão. As composições de fluoro-resina compreendem um polímero de tetrafluoroetileno, filamentos de oxido de zinco e enchimento granulado tendo dimensão de partícula média de não mais que 200 <109>m e/ou enchimentos fibrosos tendo comprimento médio de fibra de não mais que 500 <109>m. O filamento de óxido de zinco preferível contém uma forma tetrápode. os enchimentos preferíveis compreendem pelo menos um selecionado a partir de fibra de carbono, pó de coque, pó de grafita, pó de bronze, pó de óxido de zinco, talco e fibra de vidro.
