Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM LUBRIFICANTE". A invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um lubrificante tendo uma viscosidade dinâmica a -35<198>C abaixo de 5000 cP, realizando-se as seguintes etapas: (a) contactar uma alimentação contendo mais que 50% em peso de cera na presença de hidrogênio com um catalisador compreendendo um componente de metal do Grupo VIII suportado em um suporte de óxido refratário, e (b) contactar o efluente da etapa (a) com uma composição de catalisador compreendendo um metal nobre do Grupo VIII, um aglutinante e cristalitos de zeólito do tipo MTW para obter um produto tendo um ponto de despejamento menor que o efluente da etapa (b) e tendo um índice de viscosidade maior que 120, e (c) adicionar um aditivo diminuidor de ponto de despejamento ao óleo base conforme obtido na etapa (b).
