Claims (20)
- 24.20-24.30°A의 단위 셀크기 및 적어도 25의 SiO2/Al2O3몰 비율을 갖는 개질된 Y-형 제올라이트를 포함하는 지지체 상에 하나 또는그 이상의VIII즉 귀금속(들)을 포함하는 촉매를 사용하여 상당한 수소화를 일으키는 조건하에서 수소화가능한 성분들을 함유하고 130-520℃의 비점을 갖는 탄화수소 오일을 수소화 접촉시키고 원료의 90%W비점-원료의 최종 비점의 비점 범위를 갖고, 원료의 90%W비점-원료의 최종 비점의 비점 범위를 가지며 중량 기준으로 적어도 50%의 물질을 함유하고 있는 적어도 하나의 분류물을 함유하는 생성물을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는 탄호수소 오일의 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 24.22-24.28°A의 단위 셀 크기를 갖는 개질된 Y-제올라이트를 기재로 하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 35를 넘는 SiO2/Al2O3몰 비율을 갖는 개질된 Y-제올라이트를 기재로 하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 35-60위 SiO2/Al2O3몰 비율을 갖는 개질된 Y-제올라이트를 기재로 하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Y-형 제올라이트를 탈알루미나화시켜 얻어진 촉매 지지체를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 귀금속(들)으로서 백금 및/또는 팔라듐을 함유하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제올라이트 상 0.05-3%W의 귀금속(들)을 사용하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 0.25-0.75몰 비율의 백금 및 팔라듐을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 예비처리시킨 원료를 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예비처리가 무정형 담체상 VI족 및/또는 VIII족 금속 화합물을 사용하는 수소 처리를 포함하는방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 원료의 황 및 질소 수준을 각각 1000ppmw및 50ppmw이하로 감소시키기 위한 그런 방식으로 수소 처리를 수행하는방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서 , 150-350℃의 온도에서 수소화물 수행하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 200-325℃, 특히 225-300℃의 온도에서 수소화를수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에있어서, 수소화가능한성분의 총량의 적어도 70%가 수소화되는 방법.
- 제14항에있어서, 수소화가능한 성분의 총량의 적어도 80%,특히 90%이상의 수소화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 20-250바아, 바람직하게는 20-200바아, 특히 30-100바아 범위의 수소 부분 압력에서 수소화를 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항에 있어서,케로젠 원료가 수소화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항에 있어서,수소첨가 분해법에 의해 얻어진 순환오일 또는 생성물이 수소화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한항에 청구된 방법에 의해얻어지는 케로젠 분류물.
