Abstract

"FOSFOLIPASES E SEUS USOS". A invenção refere-se a uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeo recém-identificada, compreendendo um gene que codifica uma fosfolipase inusitada, isolada a partir de Aspergillus niger. A invenção refere-se a uma seq³ência de nucleotídeos de comprimento inteiro do gene inusitado, a seq³ência do DNAc que compreende a seq³ência codificadora de comprimento inteiro da fosfolipase inusitada, bem como a seq³ência de aminoácidos da proteína funcional de comprimento inteiro e seus equivalentes funcionais. A invenção refere-se também a métodos para usar estas enzimas em processo industriais, e métodos para diagnosticar infecções fúngicas. A invenção inclui também células transformadas com um polinucleotídeo de acordo com a invenção e células nas quais uma fosfolipase de acordo com a invenção é geneticamente modificada para intensificar ou reduzir sua atividade e/ou nível de expressão.
