Abstract

Способ модификации материала, содержащего некрахмальный углевод, включающий контактирование указанного материала, содержащего некрахмальный углевод, с полипептидом, который обладает пероксидазной активностью, и который является: а. полипептидом, содержащим аминокислотную последовательность, обладающую по меньшей мере 55% гомологией с аминокислотной последовательностью, изложенной в любой из представленных: аминокислоты с 21 по 513 SEQ NO: 2; аминокислоты с 20 по 510 SEQ ID NO: 4; аминокислоты с 1 по 493 SEQ ID NO: 6; или аминокислоты с 1 по 491 SEQ ID NO: 8 или b. полипептидом, кодируемым полинуклеотидом, содержащим нуклеотидную последовательность, обладающую по меньшей мере 55% гомологией с нуклеотидной последовательностью, изложенной в любой из представленных: нуклеотиды с 61 по 1539 SEQ ID NO: 1; нуклеотиды с 58 по 1530 SEQ ID NO: 3; нуклеотиды с 1 по 1479 SEQ ID NO: 5; или нуклеотиды с 1 по 1473 SEQ ID NO: 7.
