Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una D-aminoácido oxidasa modificada (DAAO). En particular, la DAAO modificada de la presente invención tiene la actividad de catalizar la oxidación de D-glufosinato en PPO. Además, la DAAO modificada de la presente invención tiene una mayor actividad de catalizar la oxidación de D-glufosinato en PPO y/o una mayor estabilidad en comparación con la SEQ ID NO: 4. La presente invención también se refiere al polinucleótido que codifica la DAAO modificada de la presente invención, el vector y la célula huésped que expresan la DAAO modificada de la presente invención, y el método de producción de L-glufosinato con la DAAO modificada y la célula huésped de la presente invención.
