Abstract

本发明涉及经修饰的D‑氨基酸氧化酶(DAAO)。具体而言,本发明的经修饰的DAAO具有催化D草铵膦氧化为PPO的活性。此外,本发明的经修饰的DAAO与SEQ ID NO:4相比具有提高的催化D草铵膦氧化为PPO的活性和/或提高的稳定性。本发明还涉及编码本发明的经修饰的DAAO的多核苷酸、表达本发明的经修饰的DAAO的载体和宿主细胞以及使用本发明的经修饰的DAAO和宿主细胞生产L‑草铵膦的方法。
