Abstract
Polipéptidos novedosos de acuerdo con caroase 01-05 o cualquier equivalente funcional de cualquiera de los mismos, que son apropiados para utilizar en un método para preparar productos alimenticios más blancos, el uso de la enzima para aumentar la blancura de por lo menos parte de un producto alimenticio, un proceso para preparar un producto alimenticio donde se utiliza la enzima y el producto alimenticio que se obtiene.
