Abstract
"REATOR, DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR FOSGêNIO POR MEIO DE REAçãO EM FASE GASOSA DE MONóXIDO DE CARBONO E CLORO NA PRESENçA DE UM CATALISADOR DE LEITO FIXO". Propõe-se um reator (1) para a preparação de fosgênio por meio de reação em fase gasosa de monóxido de carbono e cloro na presença de um catalisador de leito fixo, apresentando um feixe de tubos de contato dispostos de forma mutuamente paralela, no sentido longitudinal do reator (2), fixados por suas extremidades em bases de tubos (3), sendo que cada [reator] apresenta uma cobertura (4) em ambas as extremidades do reator (1), e apresenta também chapas de deflexão (6) dispostas perpendicularmente ao sentido longitudinal do reator no espaço (5) entre os tubos de contato (2), deixando livres orifícios de passagem (7) alternados e opostos mutuamente na parede interna do reator, sendo que os tubos de contato (2) são enchidos com o catalisador de leito fixo, sendo que a mistura de reação gasosa é conduzida de uma extremidade do reator passando por uma cobertura (4) pelos tubos de contato (2) e sendo retirada pela extremidade oposta do reator passando pela segunda cobertura (4) e sendo que se conduz pelo espaço (5) entre os tubos de contato (2) um meio líquido de troca de calor, e sendo que o reator (1) não apresenta tubos na região dos orifícios de passagem (7).
