Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA OXIDAçãO CATALìTICA EM FASE VAPOR". A presente invenção proporciona um processo para oxidação catalítica em fase vapor, que impede a reação desordenada ou a deterioração precoce de um catalisador, na produção de ácido (met)acrílico ou semelhantes, a partir de propileno ou isobutileno, por um processo de oxidação catalítica em fase vapor usando um reator multitubular, que pode propiciar à produção dele constante em alto rendimento por um longo período de tempo. Além disso, a presente invenção proporciona um processo para oxidação catalítica em fase vapor, no qual a matéria-prima gasosa é introduzida para oxidação nos tubos de reação de um reator multitubular, que é equipado com, dispostos dentro do casco do reator, vários tubos de reação tendo um recheio de catalisador neles e várias placas defletoras para mudar a direção do fluxo de um meio de aquecimento introduzido no casco, caracterizado pelo fato de que a temperatura do recheio de catalisador em um tubo de reação, que não está conectado com pelo menos uma placa defletora, é medida em pontos plurais na direção de um eixo do tubo de reação.
