Claims (4)
- 一酸化炭素を供給する一酸化炭素供給手段と、
塩素を供給する塩素供給手段と、
一酸化炭素および塩素が供給される第1反応槽と、
一酸化炭素の供給量に基づいて、塩素の供給量を、塩素の供給量が一酸化炭素の供給量をモル比率で超えない所定の比率で制御する供給量制御手段と
を備え、
前記一酸化炭素供給手段は、一酸化炭素を第1反応槽へ供給するための第1供給ラインと、前記第1供給ラインに介在される第1供給弁と、前記第1供給ラインに介在される第1流量検知計とを備え、
前記塩素供給手段は、塩素を第1反応槽へ供給するための第2供給ラインと、前記第2供給ラインに介在される第2供給弁とを備え、
前記供給量制御手段は、
一酸化炭素の供給量を設定する第1設定ステップ、
第1設定ステップで設定された供給量で、一酸化炭素を第1反応槽へ供給するように、前記第1供給弁を制御する第1供給ステップ、
第1流量検知計により検知される一酸化炭素の供給量をモニタする第1モニタステップ、
第1モニタステップでモニタされる一酸化炭素の供給量に基づいて、塩素の供給量を、塩素の供給量がモニタされる一酸化炭素の供給量よりもモル比率で超えない所定の比率の供給量に設定する第2設定ステップ、および、
第2設定ステップで設定された供給量で、塩素を第1反応槽へ供給するように、前記第2供給弁を制御する第2供給ステップ
を備えていることを特徴とする、塩化カルボニルの製造装置。 - 製造された塩化カルボニルに残存する一酸化炭素の濃度をモニタする分析装置を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の塩化カルボニルの製造装置。
- 前記分析装置が、赤外分光光度計または近赤外分光光度計であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の塩化カルボニルの製造装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塩化カルボニルの製造装置と、
前記塩化カルボニルの製造装置から供給される塩化カルボニルとポリアミンとを反応させる第2反応槽と
を備えていることを特徴とする、ポリイソシアネートの製造装置。
