Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE MONTAGEM DE MOTOR DE ARRANQUE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de montagem de motor de arranque em um motor de combustão interna no qual o motor de arranque (2) e um eixo de manivela (6) são dispostos próximos entre si de modo que a distância entre o eixo rotativo (2d) do motor (2) e o eixo de manivela (6) é diminuída. A estrutura de montagem de motor de arranque compreende um motor de arranque (2), um eixo de manivela (6), uma engrenagem acionada (5), proporcionada em um lado do eixo de manivela (6), uma engrenagem de acionamento primária, proporcionada no outro lado do eixo de manivela (6), e uma engrenagem e uma engrenagem intermediária (3) para transmitir a força acionadora de rotação do dito motor de arranque (2) para a dita engrenagem acionada (5). Nesta estrutura, um recesso (1a) é formado no invólucro externo superior do cárter (1) na posição correspondendo a uma área de espaço interposta entre a seção de armazenamento para armazenar a dita engrenagem intermediária (3) e a dita engrenagem acionada (5) para transmitir a força acionadora de rotação do dito motor de arranque (2) para o dito eixo de manivela (6) e uma seção de armazenamento para armazenar uma engrenagem acionada primária (7) engatando a dita engrenagem de acionamento primária no cárter, o motor de arranque (2) é armazenado no recesso (1a), e uma protuberância de montagem (1b) para montar o dito motor de arranque (2) em um estado de ser armazenado é proporcionada no invólucro externo superior do cárter (1), a posição correspondendo a dita seção de armazenamento para armazenar a dita engrenagem acionada primária (7).
