"PRODUTO AERADO CONGELADO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO". Produto aerado congelado que possui aumento de volume de 10% a 250% e pH, quando fundido, na faixa de 3,5 a 5,2, compreende água, 0 a 20% p/p de gordura, 0,25 a 20% p/p de sólidos de leite não gorduroso, 0,05 a 1,5% p/p de fibra alimentar solúvel e 0,1 a 5% p/p de fibra alimentar insolúvel, 0,1 a 35% p/p de adoçante, mas sem estabilizantes ou emulsificantes adicionais, conforme definido no presente. A fibra alimentar solúvel e insolúvel pode ser derivada de frutas ou legumes, tais como a partir de um ou mais purês de frutas, um ou mais purês de legumes ou suas misturas.
