Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur dauerhaften Einbringung von mindestens einer zur Gemüsepräparierung, insbesondere Aromatisierung, Konservierung und/oder Einfärbung, geeigneten Substanz zumindest teilweise in das Innere von Gemüse. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die nach diesem Verfahren zugänglichen Gemüseprodukte.
