Abstract

Μια διαδικασία χρωματισμού των πράσινων επεξεργασμένων και μη ολόκληρων ελιών εκπυρηνωμένων και τεμαχίων ελιών με την χρήση αλκαλικού διαλύματος φυσικού εκχυλίσματος χλωροφύλλης χλωροφυλλίνης και αλάτων χλωροφυλλίνης χαλκού, ώστε να έχουμε ένα προϊόν ομοιόμορφο λαμπερό πράσινο, εμπλουτισμένο με χλωροφύλλες που απομακρύνθηκαν από την φυσική ελιά κατά το στάδιο της επεξεργασίας, ζύμωσης και συντήρησής των σε δεξαμενές. Είναι ένα σταθερό προϊόν απολύτως φυσικό που μπορεί κάποιος να το χειριστεί μετά την διαδικασία αυτή όπως όλες τις άλλες μέχρι τώρα ελιές στην παγκόσμια αγορά.
