Abstract
"CAMADAS CERâMICAS AUTOLIMPANTES PARA FORNOS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE CAMADAS CERâMICAS AUTOLIMPANTES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma camada cerâmica altamente porosa e para aplicação desta camada a substratos metálicos, cerâmicos, esmaltados e/ou de vidro usando partículas cerâmicas, porosas, preferivelmente óxido de alumínio, óxido de titânio, e óxido de zircónio, e um sistema ligante inorgânico. O sistema ligante inorgânico contém pelo menos uma não-partícula cerâmica de um tamanho de partícula de menos que 100 nm, preferivelmente menos que 50 nm e particularmente preferido menos que 25 nm, o solvente sendo água. Camadas produzidas desta maneira são apropriadas como camadas cataliticamente ativas autolimpantes, por exemplo, em fornos, em motores de combustão, etc. ou para revestimento genérico de substâncias para aumentar consideravelmente sua superfície específica, por exemplo, para substratos catalíticos.
