Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA SEPARAR HEMICELULOSES DE BIOMASSA CONTENDO HEMICELULOSE BEM COMO A BIOMASSA E HEMICELULOSE OBTIDAS ATRAVéS DO DITO PROCESSO". Dito processo para separar hemiceluloses de biomassa contendo hemicelulose, compreendendo as etapas de a) extração das hemiceluloses da biomassa contendo hemicelulose mediante o tratamento com um composto complexo em solução aquosa, formando um complexo solúvel das hemiceluloses e b) separação das hemiceluloses complexadas da biomassa. O processo é indicado principalmente para fabricar polpa química de alta qualidade a partir de polpas celulósicas brutas. Além do elevado grau de pureza dos produtos obtidos o processo também é extremamente económico e provoca poucas emissões no meio-ambiente. O processo destaca-se além disso pelo fato de serem obtidas hemiceluloses poliméricas em forma pura como produto secundário.
