Abstract

"CARTUCHO FUSìVEL, PROCESSO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO E SUBSTâNCIA DE SOLDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho fusível, particularmente para fusíveis de baixa tensão - alta potência, fusíveis NH, que apresenta pelo menos um condutor fusível com uma substância de solda em um depósito de solda de um veículo, sendo que a solda é formada à base de estanho e o veículo à base de cobre. é previsto que a solda contenha como substância ativa uma liga de estanho com dois outros componentes, sendo que é escolhido um primeiro componente maior em por cento em peso, porém menor em por cento em peso que a fração da substância-base estanho, para diminuir a temperatura de fusão da solda e um segundo componente menor em por cento em peso é uma substância que não dissolve em estanho, através do que no resfriamento de estado líquido para sólido resultam núcleos de cristalização, os quais provocam uma fina estrutura e impedem um engrossamento da estrutura sob pressão.
