Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"BRASAGEM DE FURO DE TAMPãO EXTREMO E LIGA RESISTENTE à OXIDAçãO PARA ESSE FIM"<D>. Um furo de tampão externo é carregado com uma primeira composição, compreendendo as partículas de uma primeira liga tendo uma temperatura de solidus acima da temperatura de brasagem. A primeira composição é coberta com uma segunda composição compreendendo partículas de uma segunda liga tendo uma temperatura de liquidus abaixo da temperatura de brasagem. A segunda composição é aquecida à temperatura de brasagem para fazer com que as partículas da segunda liga fundam, para formar um líquido da segunda liga que é conduzido para os espaços entre as partículas da primeira liga por capilaridade. O líquido da segunda liga é resfriado para formar uma aglutinação firmemente sólida das partículas na primeira liga. Em peso, a segunda liga tem não mais do que 1% de B e de 3% a 11% de Si. A primeira liga tem Cr e pelo menos cerca de 5% de Al, pelo menos cerca de 0,5% Hf, não mais do que 0,5% de Ti.
