Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES LìQUIDAS DE LEVEDURAS". A presente invenção fornece uma composição que compreende entre 24% e 45% de levedura (baseada no conteúdo do material seco de levedura) caracterizada pelo fato de conter mais do que 0,75% de sal; e que a composição é líquida; e que a composição é biologicamente estável mantendo a composição a uma temperatura abaixo de 10<198>C.
