Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM ELASTÈMERO DE TERMOCURA DE POLIURETANO, E, ELASTÈMERO DE TERMOCURA". Um processo para preparar um elastómero de poliuretano tendo uma densidade global aparente de mais que 150 kg/m^ 3^ compreendendo reagir um poliisocianato e uma composição reativa com isocianato, opcionalmente na presença de água, em que a reação e conduzida em um índice de isocianato de 85 a 120, o poliisocianato consiste de a) 80-100% em peso de diisocianato de difenilmetano compreendendo pelo menos 40% em peso de diisocianato de 4,4'-difenilmetano e/ou um derivado do dito diisocianato de difenilmetano cujo derivado é líquido a 25<198> C e tem um valor NCO de pelo menos 20% em peso, e 20-0% em peso de outro poliisocianato, e em que a composição reativa com isocianato consiste de a) 80-100% em peso de um poliol de poliéster tendo uma funcionalidade média nominal de 2-8, um peso equivalente médio de 750-5000, um peso molecular médio de 2000-12000, um teor de oxietileno de 60-90% em peso e um teor de hidroxila primária de 70-100% calculados sobre o número total de grupos hidroxila primária e secundária no poliol, b) um extensor de cadeia reativo com isocianato em uma quantidade de modo que a razão de bloco duro seja menor que 0,50 e c) 20-0% em peso de um ou mais outros compostos reativos de isocianato excluindo água, a quantidade de poliol a) e de composto reativo com isocianato c) sendo calculada sobre a quantidade total deste poliol a) e composto c).
