Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM MATERIAL DE POLIISOCIANURATO E POLIURETANO, E, MATERIAL". Um processo para preparar um material de poliisocianurato e poliuretano, cujo processo compreende reagir um poliisocianato e uma composição reativa a isocianato, em que a reação é conduzida a um índice de isocianato de 150 a 1500 e na presença de um catalisador de trimerização, em que o poliisocianato consiste de a) 80-100% em peso de diisocianato de difenilinetano que compreende pelo menos 40 %, de preferência pelo menos 60 % e mais preferivelmente pelo menos 85% em peso, de diisocianato de difenilmetano e/ou uma variante do dito diisocianato de difenilmetano cuja variante é liquida a 25<198>C e tem um valor de NCO de pelo menos 20% em peso (poliisocianato a), e b) 20-0% em peso de um outro poliisocianato (poliisocianato b), e em que a composição e em que a composição reativa a isocianato consiste de a) 80- 100% em peso de um poliéter poliol que tem uma funcionalidade média nominal de 2-6, um peso médio equivalente de 1500-1000, um peso molecular médio de 600-5000, um teor de oxietileno (EO) de 75-100% em peso e b) 20-0% em peso de um ou mais outros compostos reativos a isocianato excluindo-se a água, a quantidade de poliol a) e de composto reativo a isocianato b) sendo calculada em relação à quantidade total deste poliol a) e de composto b),
