Patente de Invenção: "AJUSTE ARTICULADO PARA ASSENTO DE VEìCULO". 1. Ajuste articulado para assento de veículo. 2. Em caso de um ajuste articulado (1) para assento de veículo, em particular para um banco de assento traseiro de veículo automotivo, apresentando uma parte de ajuste inferior (5) e uma parte de ajuste superior (8), a qual pode girar em relação à parte de ajuste inferior (5) para junção do encosto traseiro ou posterior (4), podendo ser pivotado por meio de um ajuste articulado (1) entre pelo menos uma posição de assento vertical, que pode ser travada por meio do ajuste articulado (1) e uma posição plana em plató e/ou uma posição reclinada ou deitada quo podem ser seguras por meio de um ajuste articulado (1), é provido um excêntrico de controle (24) em uma dentre as partes de ajuste (8) o referido excêntrico de controle interagindo com um elemento de controle (23) da outra parte de ajuste (5), a fim de controlar o travamento e/ou a segurança do ajuste articulado (1).
