Abstract

"GANCHO DE RETENçãO DE UMA GUARNIçãO PARA O AJUSTE DO ENCOSTO PARA ASSENTOS DE AUTOMóVEIS". O gancho de retenção (18), para o travamento reversível da parte da guarnição (13) que pode ser girada para frente junto com a parte de assento e que em posição de travamento fica contígua a um esbarro (15) de uma armação inferior do assento, é apoiado nesta parte inferior da guarnição (13) por meio de uma articulação rotativa. Nisto, o gancho de retenção (18) é solicitado em sentido de travamento por meio de um acumulador de força (31) e engrena com sua boca de gancho (20) em posição de travamento por trás do esbarro (15). Ao gancho de retenção (18) é conjugado um trinco tensor (22) que em posição de travamento também engrena atrás do esbarro (15) que por sua vez é apoiado de modo girável no próprio gancho de retenção (18) e que, de acordo com a necessidade, pode ser desengatado por meio de um elemento de operação. Para poder garantir, por um lado, ausência de ruídos com pouco dispêndio construtivo e, por outro lado, conforto de operação, o trinco tensor (22) somente é solicitado por um único acumulador de força (31) em sentido de travamento, sendo que o trinco tensor (22) com o gancho de retenção (18) é acoplado por meio de dedos de apoio (24, 25) avançando em direção de movimentação.
