Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE FIXAçãO PARA UM ASSENTO DE CRIANçA SOBRE UM ASSENTO DE VEìCULO"<D>. O dispositivo de fixação consiste em ao menos um elemento de retenção 13 fixado ao assento do veículo, que retém um elemento de fixação 14 que pode ser levado para uma posição de uso, de um lado, e para uma posição de não-uso (posição de estacionamento), de outro lado. Para poder levar um elemento de fixação 14, de maneira simples, de um lado, para a posição de uso e, de outro lado, para a posição de estacionamento, sem que para isso sejam necessários elementos de transferência a serem dispostos distanciados, o elemento de fixação 14 está unido com o elemento de retenção 13 por meio de uma mecânica de encaixe 17, com a qual o elemento de fixação 14 pode ser rebaixado a uma posição de estacionamento e reconduzido a uma posição de uso.
