Abstract
"MéTODO E INSTALAçãO PARA A TRANSFORMAçãO DE RESìDUOS DE POLIOLEFINA EM HIDROCARBONETOS". A presente invenção se refere a um método para a transformação de resíduos de poliolefina em hidrocarbonetos e a uma instalação para a realização do método. De acordo com o método, um material de poliolefina em bruto desintegrado é submetido, no interior de um reator, a um aquecimento progressivo até temperaturas abaixo de 600 <198>C junto com um catalisador selecionado a partir de um grupo compreendendo cimentos, silicatos e calofonatos de metais pesados e misturas dos mesmos onde um catalisador é utilizado em uma quantidade abaixo de 30% em peso, preferivelmente em uma quantidade de 5% a 10% em peso, calculando com base no peso do material de poliolefina em bruto. Uma instalação para a transformação de resíduos de poliolefina em hidrocarbonetos, a qual compreende um reator no formato de um tanque vertical proporcionado com um sistema de aquecimento no formato de uma câmara de combustão (8) circundando um tanque na parte inferior da referida câmara (8) é aquecido com pelo menos um combustor (9), fornecido com produtos de reação, e na câmara de combustão, distribuído simetricamente pela circunferência do tanque, preferivelmente em algumas fileiras, tubulações de aquecimento (10) são localizadas, que passam por todo o interior do tanque acima do nível da cunha superior de um misturador (6) e que são conduzidos para fora através de membrana de peneiramento (7) para a câmara de saída de gases de combustão.
