Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás poliolefin hulladékok átalakításáraszénhidrogénekké, továbbá egy üzem ennek kivitelezésére. Atalálmányszerint felaprított poliolefin nyersanyagot egy reaktorban folyamatosmelegítésnek vetnek alá 600 °C alatti hőmérsékleten valamelykatalizátorral együtt, amely katalizátor cement, nehézfém szilikátvagy kalofonát lehet, vagy ezek valamely keveréke, ahol a katalizátort30 tömeg% alatti, előnyösen 5-10 tömeg% közti mennyiségben alkalmazzáka poliolefin nyersanyag tömegére számítva. Apoliolefin hulladékokszénhidrogénné átalakítására szolgáló üzem tartalmaz egy függőlegestartály alakú reaktort, amely el van látva egy melegítő rendszerrelegy égető kamra (8) formájában, amely körülvesz egy tartályt alulról,és az említett kamra (8) legalább egy égővel (9) van melegítve, amelyreakciótermékekkel van ellátva, és az égető kamrában, szimmetrikusaneloszlatva az említett tartály kerületén, előnyösen néhány sorban,melegítő csövek (10) vannak elhelyezve, amelyek keresztülhatolnak atartály belsején a keverő (6) fölött, és amelyek kivezetnek a szitamembránon (7) át az égéstermék kivezető kamrába.
