Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA GASEIFICAçãO DE MATéRIAS ORGâNICAS LìQUIDAS ATé PASTOSAS E MISTURAS DE MATéRIAS". A invenção se refere a um processo para gaseificação de matérias orgânicas líquidas até pastosas e misturas de matérias no qual as matérias orgânicas são transformadas em um reator de pirólise, pelo contato com um meio portador de calor, em essência, em uma fase volátil, a fase volátil, depois de uma possível mistura de um reagente como vapor de água, em uma segunda zona de reação executada como leito de migração, é aquecido posteriormente por permuta de calor de tal maneira que é obtido um gás de produto com elevado valor calorífico e a mistura de gás aquecida e reagente parcialmente é alimentado a uma terceira zona de reação na qual ela reage com um material aquecido para a temperatura de reação, cataliticamente ativa, diferente do portador de calor, ao gás de produto e uma corrente de um gás de escape quente da fornalha é utilizado para o aquecimento do meio portador de calor enquanto está resfriado.
