Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE REVESTIMENTO DURáVELSOBRE UM SUBSTRATO DE DIFìCIL REVESTIMENTO ESUBSTRATO DE DIFìCIL REVESTIMENTO REVESTIDO COMUM REVESTIMENTO DURáVEL". A presente invenção refere-sea um processo de produção de um revestimento de múltiplascamadas durável sobre substratos de difícil revestimento, taiscomo alumínio. O processo inclui a submissão da superfície dosubstrato de difícil revestimento a uma etapa promotora de adesão,seguida pela aplicação de uma camada intermediária de primerflexível, que contém um copolímero de poliéster produzido atravésde um processo de polimerização de dois estágios. Uma camadasuperior resistente à corrosão da composição de revestimentotransparente é então aplicada sobre a camada intermediária paraproduzir o revestimento durável de múltiplas camadas sobre osubstrato de difícil revestimento. Se desejado, a camadaintermediária pode ser pigmentada ou pode ser aplicada na formade uma ou mais camadas com padrões de cores diferentes.Alternativamente, uma ou mais camadas com padrões dediferentes cores pode(m) ser aplicada(s) sobre a camadaintermediária antes da aplicação da camada superior resistente àcorrosão. Se desejado, a aplicação da camada superior resistenteà corrosão e das camadas com padrões pode ser atrasada por atédoze semanas, para permitir ao usuário produzir em massacomponentes revestidos, tais como carrocerias de utilitários deentrega, com uma camada intermediária de coloração básica, talcomo branco, que pode ser então especificamente revestida comdiversos desenhos padronizados, seguidos pela aplicação dacamada superior resistente à corrosão.
