Abstract

Proceso para producir un recubrimiento duradero sobre un sustrato difícil de recubrir, comprendiendo dicho proceso los pasos de: someter a la superficie de dicho sustrato difícil de recubrir a un tratamiento para fomentar la adherencia; aplicar una capa intermedia de una imprimación flexible sobre dicha superficie de dicho sustrato difícil de recubrir que ha sido sometida al tratamiento para fomentar la adherencia, comprendiendo dicha imprimación flexible: un copolímero de poliéster y un agente reticulante, siendo dicho copolímero de poliéster producido por medio de un proceso de polimerización en dos etapas, teniendo dicho copolímero de poliéster un segmento lineal con grupos hidroxilo terminales y un peso molecular de promedio en número (Mn) determinado por cromatografía de infiltración sobre gel que está situado dentro de la gama de pesos moleculares de promedio en número que va de 500 a 3000, y un segmento ramificado con grupos hidroxilo laterales y un peso molecular de promedio en número (Mn) determinado por cromatografía de infiltración sobre gel que está situado dentro de la gama de pesos moleculares de promedio en número que va de 750 a 1500; aplicar sobre dicha capa intermedia una capa final resistente al desgaste usual y hecha a base de una composición de recubrimiento transparente para producir dicho recubrimiento duradero sobre dicho sustrato difícil de recubrir, comprendiendo dicha composición de recubrimiento transparente: un aglutinante de poliisocianato, un aglutinante de poliisocianato fluorado, un aglutinante de fluorocarburo acrílico o una combinación de los mismos.
