Abstract

Un alambre para soldadura por arco con protección de gas incluye, basándose en la masa total del alambre: C: el 0,01% en masa o más y el 0,10% en masa o menos, Si: el 0,05% en masa o más y el 0,55% en masa o menos, Mn: el 1,60% en masa o más y el 2,40% en masa o menos, Ti: el 0,05% en masa o más y el 0,25% en masa o menos, Cu: el 0,01% en masa o más y el 0,30% en masa o menos, S: el 0,001% en masa o más y el 0,020% en masa o menos, N: el 0,0045% en masa o más y el 0,0150% en masa o menos, Al: el 0,10% en masa o menos y P: el 0,025% en masa o menos, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas inevitables, y se cumple la siguiente relación: 0,1 £ [Ti] / [Si] £ 3,0, en donde [Si] es el contenido de Si (% en masa) basado en la masa total del alambre y [Ti] es el contenido de Ti (% en masa) basado en la masa total del alambre.
