Abstract
Se proporciona un electrodo para soldadura por arco en atmósfera protectora con el que se generan pocas salpicaduras durante la soldadura, no se requiere una etapa para eliminar la escoria después de la soldadura y puede obtenerse una pieza soldada que tiene excelentes propiedades de recubrimiento por electrodeposición. Este electrodo para soldadura por arco en atmósfera protectora contiene, con respecto a la masa total del electrodo, el 0,01-0,10 % en masa de C, el 0,05-0,55 % en masa de Si, el 1,60-2,40 % en masa de Mn y el 0,05-0,25 % en masa de Ti, así como el 0,30 % en masa o menos de Cu, el 0,10 % en masa o menos de Al, el 0,025 % en masa o menos de P, el 0,010 % en masa o menos de S, y Fe e impurezas inevitables como el resto del mismo, y, cuando el contenido de Si (% en masa) con respecto a la masa total del electrodo es [Si] y el contenido de Ti (% en masa) con respecto a la masa total del electrodo es [Ti], 0,1 = [Ti]/[Si] = 3,0.
