Definitions
- the present invention relates to a flux-cored wire.
- gas is liquefied at a low temperature and stored in a tank in order to improve the efficiency of transportation and storage. Therefore, the structural members of the storage tank are required to have low temperature toughness in the liquefaction temperature range of the gas to be stored.
- a structural member such as a storage tank for liquefied ethylene gas, a 5% Ni steel sheet having good tensile strength and low temperature toughness is used.
- a Ni-based alloy welding material is often used as the welding material for the 5% Ni steel sheet, but a stainless steel welding material, which is cheaper than the Ni-based alloy, is also used.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a wire containing stainless steel flux for a 5% Ni steel sheet.
- the flux-cored wire is improved in low temperature toughness by adjusting the components of the weld metal so as to have a complete austenite structure.
- the storage tank for liquefied natural gas is required to have toughness characteristics in a lower temperature range than the tank for liquefied ethylene gas, so it has better low temperature toughness and higher strength than 5% Ni steel sheet. % Ni steel sheet is used.
- a Ni-based alloy welding material is generally used as the welding material, but if the stainless steel welding material can be applied, the cost can be reduced.
- the stainless steel flux-cored wire described in Patent Document 1 cannot be used because the strength may be insufficient for a 9% Ni steel sheet.
- good welding workability is also required at the time of arc welding.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned situation, and is a flux-welded wire capable of obtaining a weld metal having good welding workability at the time of gas shielded arc welding and excellent tensile strength and low temperature toughness.
- the purpose is to provide.
- the present inventors control the ratio of the austenite phase and the ferrite phase in the weld metal by defining the components in the flux-containing wire within a predetermined range, and solidify them. It has been found that the tensile strength and low temperature toughness can be improved by setting the morphology to F mode, which is a ferrite single-phase solidification, and precipitating fine Widmanstentten austenite.
- the present invention has been made based on these findings.

If the Cr content with respect to the total mass of the wire is less than 15.0% by mass, it becomes insufficient to obtain a weld metal having a high ferrite structure. Therefore, the Cr content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 15.0% by mass or more, preferably 15.5% by mass or more, and more preferably 16.0% by mass or more.
- the Cr content with respect to the total mass of the wire exceeds 25.0 mass%, the embrittlement tendency due to the multiple thermal cycles during welding becomes remarkable. - Si 0.5% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less>
- Si is an important element as a deoxidizing agent for weld metals and is a component having an effect of improving the familiarity of weld beads. If the Si content with respect to the total mass of the wire is less than 0.5% by mass, it causes insufficient deoxidation, causes pore defects such as blow holes, and causes a decrease in toughness of the weld metal. Therefore, the Si content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 0.5% by mass or more, preferably 0.6% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.8% by mass or more.
- the Si is a ferrite stabilizing element, but if it is added in an excessive amount in the wire, the toughness decreases even if the amount of ferrite is the same. Therefore, the Si content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 3.0% by mass or less, preferably 2.5% by mass or less, and more preferably 2.0% by mass or less. In the present embodiment, the Si content represents the content of all Si derived from Si simple substance, Si compound and Si alloy contained in the wire.

- the ZrO 2 content with respect to the total mass of the wire exceeds 4.0% by mass, the melting point of the molten slag may become excessive and the bead appearance and bead shape may deteriorate. Therefore, the ZrO 2 content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 4.0% by mass or less, preferably 3.0% by mass or less, and more preferably 2.0% by mass or less.
- the ZrO 2 content is defined as a ZrO 2 conversion value of all Zr contained in Zr simple substance, Zr alloy and Zr compound.
- Al 2 O 3 is a component having an effect of increasing the viscosity of the molten slag, improving the fluidity, and improving the bead appearance and the bead shape. If the Al 2 O 3 content with respect to the total mass of the wire is less than 0.3% by mass, the bead appearance and the bead shape cannot be kept good, and in particular, the workability of vertical welding is deteriorated. Therefore, the Al 2 O 3 content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 0.3% by mass or more, preferably 0.6% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.9% by mass or more.
- the Al 2 O 3 content with respect to the total mass of the wire exceeds 2.0% by mass, the viscosity of the molten slag becomes too high and the bead shape becomes poor. Therefore, the Al 2 O 3 content with respect to the total mass of the wire is 2.0% by mass or less, preferably 1.5% by mass or less, and more preferably 1.0% by mass or less. In this embodiment, the Al 2 O 3 content is an Al 2 O 3 conversion value of the Al compound.
- the C content with respect to the total mass of the wire is preferably less than 0.015% by mass, preferably 0.012% by mass or less, and more preferably 0.009% by mass or less.

Abstract
Description

α=0.02×[Si]+[Cr]+1.20×[Mo]+0.3×[Ti]+0.30
γ=24×[C]+28×[N]+0.25×[Mn]+0.5×[Cu]+1.10×[Ni]とする。

α=0.02×[Si]+[Cr]+1.20×[Mo]+0.3×[Ti]+0.30
θ=4.1×α-3.2×γ-32.3 ・・・(I)
