Abstract
Proporciona anticuerpos de anti-B7-H4 e inmunoconjugados y sus métodos de uso. Reivindicación 1: Un anticuerpo aislado que se une con B7-H4, en donde el anticuerpo comprende: (a) (i) HVR-H3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 128, (ii) HVR-L3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 129 y (iii) HVR-H2 que comprende ia secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 40; o (b) (i) HVR-H3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 41, (ii) HVR-L3 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 129 y (iii) HVR-H2 que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID Nº 40. Reivindicación 21: Un anticuerpo biepitópico que comprende un primer semianticuerpo y un segundo semianticuerpo, en donde el primer semianticuerpo comprende una primera unidad de VH/VL que une un primer epítope de B7-H4 y en donde el segundo semianticuerpo comprende una segunda unidad de VH/VL que une un segundo epítope de B7-H4. Reivindicación 50: El inmunoconjugado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 48 o la reivindicación 49 que tiene la fórmula Ab-(L-D)ₚ, en donde: (a) Ab es el anticuerpo de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 44; (b) L es un ligador; (c) D es el agente citotóxico; y (d) p varia de 1 - 8. Reivindicación 76: Un método de tratamiento de un individuo que tiene un cáncer B7-H4-positivo, que comprende la administración al individuo de una cantidad efectiva del inmunoconjugado de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 47 a 72. Reivindicación 87: Un método de detección de B7-H4 humano en una muestra biológica que comprende poner en contacto la muestra biológica con el anticuerpo anti-B7-H4 de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 44 y 84 a 86 en condiciones que permitan la unión del anticuerpo anti-B7-H4 con un B7-H4 humano natural y detectar si se forma un complejo entre el anticuerpo anti-B7-H4 y un B7-H4 humano natural en la muestra biológica.
