Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento de conformación para la conformación en caliente de una chapa de acero (226) de una pala de rotor (108) a ser fabricada para una instalación de energía eólica (100), que abarca los pasos siguientes; calentamiento de la chapa de acero (226) en un horno (202) mientras la chapa de acero (226) se encuentra sobre un carro de solera (206), transporte de la chapa de acero caliente (226) mediante el carro de solera (206) desde el horno (202) en un dispositivo de prensado (204) para su conformación en caliente, transbordo o transferencia de la chapa de acero caliente (226) en el dispositivo de prensado (204) desde el carro de solera (206) sobre un carro de forma (208) que presenta una contraforma (236) y prensado de la chapa de acero (226) mediante por lo menos un troquel de prensado (232), que presiona sobre la chapa de acero (226) de manera tal que la misma se conforma entre el troquel de prensado (232) y la contraforma (236), y en especial adopta la forma del troquel de prensado (232) y de la contraforma (236).
