Abstract
La presente se relaciona con un proceso de preparación de ácido 3-difluorometil-1-metil-1H-pirazol-4-carboxílico (9-diclorometileno-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-1,4-metano-naftaleno-5-il)-amida mediante la acilación del oxígeno de la oxima del compuesto de fórmula (1), en presencia de un solvente y de un agente de acilación de la fórmula: R1-C(X)-Cl; donde X es oxígeno o sulfuro; R1 es cloro si X es oxígeno o sulfuro; o R1 es alcoxi C1-6, CH3-C(=CH2)-O-, fenoxi o triclorometoxi si X es oxígeno; y a) si R1 es cloro y el compuesto de fórmula: R1-C(X)-Cl se agregó al compuesto de fórmula (1); en el que se hace reaccionar el producto obtenido de la fórmula (2) donde X es oxígeno o sulfuro, con el compuesto de fórmula (3); o b) si R1 es cloro y el compuesto de fórmula (1) se agregó al compuesto de fórmula: R1-C(X)-Cl; o R1 es alcoxi C1-6, CH3-C(=CH2)-O-, fenoxi o triclorometoxi si X es oxígeno; en el que se hace reaccionar el producto obtenido de la fórmula (4), donde X es oxígeno o sulfuro; R1 es cloro si X es oxígeno o sulfuro; o R1 es alcoxi C1-6, CH3-C(=CH2)-O-, fenoxi o triclorometoxi si X es oxígeno, con el compuesto de fórmula (3).
