Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de preparação para praziquantel e intermediários do mesmo. o método compreende: um produto alvo praziquantel é obtido usando ß-feniletilamina como uma matéria-prima inicial através da reação de condensação com cloreto de cloroacetila, a reação de substituição com etanolamina e a reação de acilação com cloreto de cicloexanocarbonila e então seguido pela reação de oxidação e a reação de ciclização. são também revelados dois intermediários-chave, a saber, um composto de fórmula iv e um composto de fórmula v para preparação de praziquantel. o método de preparação é módico e simples em projeto tecnológico, moderado em condições de reação, econômico e ambientalmente amigável; as matérias-primas são baratas e fáceis de obter, os intermediários-chave são fáceis de preparar, o rendimento de reação total é alto (=60%) e a pureza do produto alvo obtido composto de fórmula i praziquantel é alta (a pureza determinada por hplc =99,8%), de maneira que a produção em massa industrializada é fácil de realizar.
