Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para la produccion de metionina utilizando cepas modificadas con transformacion atenuada de treonina. Esto se puede lograr mediante la reduccion de la transformacion de treonina en glicina, y/o reduciendo su transformacion en alfa-cetobutirato. La solicitud se refiere también a las cepas modificadas con la transformacion atenuada de treonina.
