Abstract

Microorganismo util para la produccion de 1,2-propanodiol a partir de una fuente de carbono, en el que dicho rnicroorganismo se caracteriza por: una mejora de la actividad de la ruta de biosíntesis desde la fosfato de dihidroxiacetona al 1,2-propanodiol; una atenuacion de la actividad de la gliceraldehído-3-fosfato deshidrogenasa. Reivindicacion 28: Un procedimiento para la preparacion de 1,2-propanodiol, en el que un microorganismo segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 27 crece en un medio de crecimiento apropiado que contiene una fuente de carbono y en el que se recupera el 1,2-propanodiol producido.
