Abstract
metodo para produzir um l-aminoácido. método para produzir um l-aminoácido é descrito, por exemplo, l-treonina, l-lisina, l-histidina, l-fenilalanina, l-arginina, l-triptofano, ou ácido l-glutâmico, usando uma bactéria da família enterobaci'eriaceae, em que a bactéria tenha sido modificada para acentuar uma atividade de um álcool desidrogenase selvagem codificada pelo gene adhe ou uma álcool desidrogenase mutante que é resistente a inativação aeróbica.
