Abstract

método para produzir um l-aminoácido. l-aminoácidos como ácido l-glutâmico, l-glutamina, l-prolina, l-arginina, l-leucina, e l-cisteína são produzidos por cultivo em um meio de uma bactéria tendo uma capacidade de produzir l-aminoácido e em que a bactéria foi modificada de modo que a atividade de fosfotransacetilase é aumentada.
